People Just Being Stupid

Since I seem to make too many of these, I'd much rather keep them all contained to a single thread.

Basically, people don't want to see underwear. Because it's offensive or something. And they're calling the authorities. Now, people that use clotheslines are stepping up and fighting back.

Colonel Flagg Nov 19th, 2009 09:26 AM

Never let it be said that we as Americans didn't stand up and fight for what we believe in.

The right to hang our undies from a clothesline is the right to be free.

I like the idea of the Stupid people thread. People who oppose dry hanging clothes should get something better to do with their time.

Fathom Zero Nov 19th, 2009 05:13 PM

I used to do stuff like that in middle school, thinkin' I was being all subversive and stuff. It was cute.

Dimnos Nov 19th, 2009 05:22 PM

What? Rap your fast food order? Or hang your unmentionables?

Tadao Nov 19th, 2009 05:29 PM

Being black while in Utah.

Fathom Zero Nov 19th, 2009 05:46 PM

Meep.

I predict an increase in anti-roadrunner legislation.

It will fall flat on its face if they ever try to get it enacted.

Gratuity fees are such an oxymoron, I can't even see straight sometimes. The key's to pay in cash so that they don't get your name, then slip out undetected and never go back to the shitty restaurant.

Tadao Nov 20th, 2009 12:15 AM

What a gay state.

executioneer Nov 20th, 2009 12:36 AM

fuck philly to hell

Dimnos Nov 20th, 2009 10:34 AM

I think I would have done the ole' dine and dash. $73 for salad and wings?! For $10 you can buy everything you need to make a great salad and eat like 4-6 time depending on how big of a salad you want. Wings? Wingstop. That is all that needs to be said about that.

Fathom Zero Nov 20th, 2009 11:38 AM

I think I'm the only person I know that thinks Buffalo Wild Wings has the shittiest food. Wingstop RULES.

Dimnos Nov 20th, 2009 11:46 AM

What? Wingstop Cajun boys? Hell yeah! :yum

Tadao Nov 20th, 2009 12:43 PM

Must have been a huge party of people. There is a law, might be nation wide, that automatically inserts a tip when the table has a certain amount of people.

Dr. Boogie Nov 20th, 2009 03:14 PM

Yeah, I've been to a lot of restaurants that say they'll automatically add gratuity to large parties. They probably should've just called the manager aside and explained that the service was shit.

Tadao Nov 20th, 2009 03:25 PM

I did that once. I took the family out for Japanese. 150 dollar bill and the tip was added, but the waitress only checked our table once and we all needed more water. Not only that, she got our order wrong. The manager reduced the bill so that basically, the restaurant paid her tip.

First thing the bitch said was that she was great with large groups at a table.

Buffalo Wild Wings is bad. I've never heard of Wingstop though. Everyone should come here for good wings. I'll show you at least a hundred different places with great wings.

If I must go to a franchise Quaker Steak and Lube actually has good wings.

Hey! I live here, you know. >:

The fact that you're both right is beside the point.

Tadao Nov 20th, 2009 04:56 PM

I really hope that manager who called the police got his ass fired. There is such a thing as bad publicity.
