My Blizzard Headquarters Fansit Summit recap

As many of you know, I also write for Diablofans and cover anything Diablo game related on there. I'm currently in Anaheim waiting for BlizzCon to start tomorrow, but Blizzard was nice enough to invite us to their headquarters for a tour during their Fansite Summit. I just typed up a huge recap of the day that you can check out here. Should be interesting to any of you who are fans of the Diablo series and Blizzard in general:

The library is filled with everything a game developer could want - classic games from yesteryear (both PC and console), coding books, art & design reference books, graphic novels... the works. All of it can be checked out by employees just like you would do with a regular public library card.
Awesome.

I skipped all the stuff about Diablo 3 gameplay 'cause I hate Diablo, but the rest of it was cool. I've only been to one of the Bioware studios, but it's awesome how they decorate those places. I'd imagine Blizzard's would be pretty cool, too.

That link was great! I love all the artwork on the walls and the statue in the front. I really liked the live chat on diablofan site from the blizzcon. Too bad its such a long wait for the game.

I'm OK with the waiting - I just reinstalled LoD and began playing it again just in anticipation of the DIII release. Even so many years later, it's still an astonishingly good game.

I want one of the goodie bags....just dont want to pay over $150 for them on ebay. The nOObz figurines look great.
