That sounds pretty interesting. Let me know how ridiculous it is.

IF POULTRYGEIST GOT YOU SUSPENDED FOR A MONTH FROM PICKING MOVIES, TOKYO GORE POLICE WILL BE A LIFELONG REVOKE.

It was insane.

Westworld. Pretty awesome!

I need to get Netflix. I went to see Slumdog Millionaire today and didn't think I was going to like it. Turned out pretty good though.

Happiness

This movie is worth watching just for the opening scene with Jon Lovitz.

Esuohlim Jan 17th, 2009 11:04 AM

I saw Slumdog Millionaire too last night and didn't think I was going to like it at all either, but it was a trip! It was a trip.

Just watched Life is Beautiful again, so the bf could see it. What a sad movie.

10,000 Volt Ghost Jan 17th, 2009 09:11 PM

I haven't seen Life is Beautiful in 8 years but it'll definitely stay with me for years to come.

Good Will Hunting - I hadn't seen this before and I'd heard it wasn't bad so I decided to check it out finally. It was quite good. Robin Williams put on a good performance but the writing could've been better to be honest.

Kitsa Jan 18th, 2009 07:38 PM

Requiem for a Dream. I got squirmy during the NG tube scene because those hurt.

pac-man Jan 18th, 2009 11:35 PM

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. They look at the camera too much (we get it, it's an intentionally shitty movie. We knew that walking in). Other than that, though, it's a funny film and a cool way for Kevin Smith to tie his little universe together. It's not a great film in the traditional sense, but where else can you watch George Carlin, Will Ferrell, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Shannon Elizabeth, Eliza Dushku, Chris Rock, Jon Stewart and many others ply their craft?

Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. I watched them back to back on a night where I had nothing better to do, but it was cool. They have a natural flow and evolution. The ending of Begins has to be given credit for the success of TDK because that Joker card gave people boners for another chance to see Batman vs. The Joker. Even had TDK not featured good performances and Ledger's untimely death, the movie would've made a shit ton of money. Nolan tossed up the baseball to himself with Batman Begins and hit the ball out of the park with TDK. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't helm number 3.

TMNT 2: Secret of the Ooze. Ooohhhh so good.

1:50 into is worth watching.

I went out to a bar the other night and used the moves at 2:45.

I know (or used to know, haven't spoken to her in like 10 years) the girl in the middle at 1:58.

The Forbidden Kingdom

Not as horrible as everyone said it was, but nowhere as good as I was hoping. Its like another attempt at those brightly colored flashy newer Martial Arts flicks like Hero and House Of Flying Daggers except not as pretty and the action is kinda boring and that white kid was annoying.

Kitsa Jan 22nd, 2009 12:55 PM

I just watched Reality Bites for the first time.

It was funny, but not for the reasons they were probably hoping it'd be.

Sam Jan 22nd, 2009 02:32 PM

Saw 5 :\

pac-man Jan 22nd, 2009 03:16 PM

I've seen more than that.

Sam Jan 22nd, 2009 03:18 PM

BAH-ZING!

Ha-cha-cha-cha! Tip your waitress.

MAX PAYNE. Wow was this ridiculous. I really liked it though. Most of the scenes felt like you were actually in the game. Some scenes were over the top but really, who cares? I want to go watch Four Brothers again.

My friend ordered "Disco Godfather" and "The Human Tordano(Dolemite 2)" from Blockbuster online in 06/2008, they finally came in today so we're going to get a fish fry, get beer then get ridiculous with Rudy Ray Moore!

Tadao Jan 23rd, 2009 07:56 PM

Just watched Saw 5, all the way till almost the end I wanted to watch all 5 together, but then the end happened. They had the wrong tag line for this movie.

WhiteRat Jan 23rd, 2009 09:43 PM

Currently watching Purple Rain on Fuse.:hypno

Revolutionary Road - Fine flick. Leonardo DiCaprio is the next Marlon Brando. Hopefully he just doesn't get fat later in life.
