I just got a message back from him saying "so far we've only received one payment for one item" so either the guy is a jerk liar or my bank is fucking with my account. >:

This happened before with Amazon, where they charged me twice for an item. It was Amazon's fault though, and I was reimbursed before I even sent out a message. :(

that sucks :( If anything your bank would probably be able to help, my bank has helped whenever I had internet money theft problems. Usually they have internet insurance/security so that if money gets stolen they credit it to you :O which means that person stealing from you becomes stealing from your bank which is bad for him.

I think eBay can be the devil's garage sale. Sometimes.

I just found out that the Air Force is extending my 2 year tour here to 3 years! Now instead of going back to the States in october of 07, i now leave in 08! Oh, this is just wonderful news! >:

OK my money was credited back except this time EVERYTHING was credited back, even the initial charge for the item. So things are still fucked up but at least they're fucked up in a good-for-me way at this point :D
