not as bad as the redskins :(

i am sick of a franchise i loved as a child suck balls. it has been since 1991 that this team has even tried to be good.

THEY LOST TO THE FUCKING CHIEFS :(

Colonel Flagg Oct 18th, 2009 10:36 PM

So Bad and Worse meet next week. Film at 11. :(

EDIT: Actually, more like 1:00 AM Tuesday Morning. :\

Pentegarn Oct 19th, 2009 10:56 AM

I am sad to see what has happened to the Jets, I liked their swagger and the results of said swagger (IE: The Pats win), but how the mighty have fallen.

Superbowl results this year

N.O. - 42
Denver - 7

george Oct 22nd, 2009 06:24 PM

it made me so happy to see NO roll the giants.

Pentegarn Oct 22nd, 2009 07:26 PM

Get used to it, I expect NO will roll just about everyone they play this year

Colonel Flagg Oct 25th, 2009 08:42 PM

Well now. Parity reigns in the NFL, hey.

Green Bay 31, Cleveland 3
San Diego 37, Kansas City 7
Indianapolis 42, St. Louis 6
New England 35, Tampa Bay 7
New York Jets 38, Oakland 0
Cincinnati 45, Chicago 10

I never would have thought that I'd consider a 16 point loss by the Falcons to the Cowboys as a close game, but there you go. :\

Pentegarn Oct 26th, 2009 12:09 AM

Minnesota 17
Pittsburgh 27

And then there were 3.

The amazing thing here; People are paying attention to Denver because on paper they do not look like an undefeated team would look, they are paying attention to NO because how can they not, but who is paying attention to the Colts? I have heard next to nothing about the colts and they are chugging away and beating everyone they play.

Colonel Flagg Oct 26th, 2009 05:04 AM

How 'bout those Giants. How the mighty have fallen.

george Oct 30th, 2009 11:00 AM

i can only hope that the giants lose to the redskins later this season. that is all i have to hope for :(

on the plus side my love for the cardinals goes on and NO is looking to be the underdog done good!!!!!

Babs Nov 1st, 2009 03:59 PM

I hope the Bengals beat the Ravens and Steelers these next 2 games.

Colonel Flagg Nov 1st, 2009 08:34 PM

You and me both, Babs.

Speaking of the Ravens, Where the "F" is Pac-man anyway? It's been nearly 9 months. :(

Colonel Flagg Nov 1st, 2009 08:36 PM

Eagles 40, Giants 17

What the "F" was that, anyway? :shocked

Pentegarn Nov 1st, 2009 10:08 PM

Denver 7
Baltimore 30

And then there were 2

george Nov 2nd, 2009 10:27 AM

i now dont feel so bad about the skins losing to the eagles, maybe they are a really good team!!!

i hate the colts, and hate both the manning brothers.

i also hate the ravens, though now that i live neart baltimore it prolly isnt safe to say that out loud

Pentegarn Nov 2nd, 2009 04:52 PM

I hate the Ravens more than any other team in sports

george Nov 2nd, 2009 08:08 PM

black & purple!!!! and a raven pretty much sum it all up.

Colonel Flagg Nov 2nd, 2009 09:41 PM

I got a text about this at midnight of the day it happened.

Mangini will pretty much have to get fired I think. Hopefully the new GM will be good at recruiting and trading of players. Start with a solid O-line. Then get the D-line and secondary straightened out. You get those things and you can get away with tier 2 talent everywhere else.

El Blanco Nov 3rd, 2009 11:47 AM

Thats what shitty organizations do. They make ass backwards decisions.

The Browns hire the head coach before the GM.

The Redskins hire the offensive coordinator before the head coach.

No one good will take a job where one of the guys who is supposed to be your subordinate has more tenure and more influence in the organization.

Is it any wonder both these teams consistently suck?

Babs Nov 8th, 2009 04:45 PM

Bengals beat Ravens OH YEAH

Colonel Flagg Nov 8th, 2009 07:57 PM

Giants get robbed by the Chargers. Or did they get mugged?

Geez, I thought they were good, too. :\

Okay, he's an asshole. But I give him props; this is pretty hilarious. :lol

Pentegarn Nov 9th, 2009 08:47 AM

If they fine the spectacular Ochocinco for that 'bribe' it will be rather insulting. I mean honestly, who thinks a single will bribe anyone? It was an obvious gag, and not at all intended to make refs look corrupt. That was not where Ochocinco was coming from. The whole 'maybe this will change your mind' and give em something insignificant is a classic gag.

I for one am glad to see the old fun loving Ochocinco back. The NFL is a better place with his shenanigans. The man is a freaking genius when it comes to on field antics when he is having fun.

Colonel Flagg Nov 9th, 2009 12:41 PM

Yet that's just what I would expect the "No Fun League" to do - fine him. :(
