The bigger irritant is FALCO. Whom I enjoy, but everyone else seems to loathe.

Oh yeah and Mr. Game & Watch especially but I'm usually the one the plays as him and therefore the reason that he's annoying

I opened this thread thinking emu would be defending navi because navi sucks, but I agree with him and everyone else who hates her. I remember getting really annoyed with all the "HEY"s when I played it for the first time.

I found Wakka from FF10 a bit irritating.

Same can be said with Quina from FF9.

JRPG's shouldn't count because all of them are scripted by 5 year olds.

Otherwise I would have said "every character from Tales of Symphonia," and the thread would have ended instantly.

I hate the fucking eggplant wizards from Kid Icarus. Their attacks would turn you into an eggplant, and you'd have to find a hospital to return to normal. Of course, an eggplant can't fire any arrows, so you're forced to go back through all the rooms you narrowly escaped death in...unarmed. The worst part about them is that there were usually two in a room, and their attacks were completely random (as far as the arc and speed of them).

I liked Navi's yattering for the full five minutes of the game that I had the sound on at all.

I didn't mind Navi, played with with the sound down and music playing instead though. Tingle to me always was worse. You couldn't turn the volume down on that loud of an outfit!

It's hard to choose an annoying character, unless you are the annoying one or they're accompanying you, but it comes down to Raiden, the shadow prince from Prince of Persia, and the Grim Reapers from Kid Icarus.
