this is seriously great. the only reason i'm here to post about it is that the servers are offline for another 2 minutes while it patches.

Here is the basic formula:

Fallout 3
- 20% graphics
- VATS
+ MMO
+ MUCH bigger map
+ cities with a population > 10
+ crafting, so you can use all the tons of shit you loot
+ vehicles
+ flipping off chickens
+ roleplay (fuck you)
+ WAY more weapons, clothing, etc
+ less crashing, lol

towns generally run like shit, but outside of towns runs great (even like, 5 feet outside of towns)

from what ive read y ou pretty much need a dual core processor but you can get them pretty cheap now a days ;/

maybe itll run on lower stuff though

it runs better than aoc does on my PC

generally towns run like complete ass (5-10 fps), and then as soon as you get out it goes up to 60.

what kinda computer you got/how much ram?

I think my laptop might be able to handle it :O i think im gonna try to pick it up in a week or two.

I don't know what I did to deserve any of this, but I'll take it.

It does look nice, but not worth paying a monthly fee for (but then again which MMO is). F2P and I´d be downloading already.

Think I need to get this. I loooove Post-Apocalyptic games, and this looks awesome. Only thing is, I've never played an MMORPG, so it might be hard to get into.

Not true Zomboid, what is hard is trying to find time away from it. I want to play, but I have too many things going on right now.

I think it swings both ways, like Guitar Woman - MMOs are hard to get into, but if they grip you they don't let go.

Maybe smoking is a better analogy.
