Petition to make sumarine letter emoticon official

I would like for this emoticon:

to become an official addition to the list. It's not just a Vincezeb thing, though it originated there. It's an emoticon that indicates a strong presence of bullshit with no backing whatsoever.

Bennett Jun 26th, 2003 12:51 PM

aye

kellychaos Jun 26th, 2003 12:51 PM

Irritation without representation. I vote to ratify immediately, if not sooner. A show of hands please. :)
