i know punch out is a 29 year old game but i still like it

C:\Program Files\Steam\Spray\Soda 1.bmp this is soda popinski my favorate punch out enemy i want a rom hack replaceing soda with sandvich my char idea he eats sandviches not drink soda or vodka can anyone please make a rom hack like this and Sandvich has hair hes not bald like soda and bald bull he has a fuzzy like face and a mustash
