Damn you Itunes!

I was buying songs on Itunes this afternoon, and my computer froze. My computer finished DLing 4 of the 10 songs in my shopping cart, and I waited and tryed force quitting a few times. So I decide to restart my computer and then let it finish DLing my songs. However when Itunes reopened (after about an hour, my dad has a shitload of music on here), the 4 downloaded songs were in the library, however the other 6 were neither in purchased, downloading, or my shopping cart. My shopping cart is filled with completely random stuff that I never added in there.

Should I try buying the songs again, or doing some sort of report or what? I'm stupid and don't know computers gewd, so I could use your help I-mockery!

You should make a whole thread about it in I-Mockery instead of asking iTunes.

Zhukov Aug 18th, 2009 12:20 PM

Send me the report and I'll see what I can do. :\

call apple, they regranted me stuff a few times, either that or they have chat support for itunes on http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/

Esuohlim Aug 18th, 2009 01:33 PM

Why are you buying your music on iTunes? Who does that

Tadao Aug 18th, 2009 01:36 PM

I think iPod forces you to.

I don't get why people like down-loadable music so much. It seems like a waste of money when stuff like this can happen. That, and if your computer crashes you're out of luck, unless you burned them onto Cd's, which is just stupid when you could have bought them all on a CD to begin with.

Because FUCK YOU, that's why. And if your alternative is CDs or records, those can break, and if you have kids you're fucked.

The Leader Aug 18th, 2009 01:49 PM

They don't break unless you break them. Duh.

Hangie Aug 18th, 2009 01:50 PM

How about you send me the money instead and I can just download for you for free

If you buy your songs on iTunes even if your house burns down with your computer in it and your ipod (or whatever you use) gets stolen and the CD you burned gets busted because your fat ass friend doesnt watch where he is planting it... You can always download it again free.

Dimnos Aug 18th, 2009 04:33 PM

But anyway... Call them Hangie. Or do the online chat thing if that is what you prefer. Just talk to them and they will get it worked out for you.

executioneer Aug 18th, 2009 04:44 PM

yeah well then email mp3s of em to a gmail account and you can redownload it from there for free forever too :rolleyes

Hangie Aug 18th, 2009 05:37 PM

I got it resolved, I did send Itunes a complaint and I got all the songs, plus one I didn't buy :O. Thank you guys.

Tadao Aug 18th, 2009 05:43 PM

Yeah, never buy it again without trying to first contact tech support. I know it's like 99 cents or something, but most likely it was jammed up and you probably wouldn't get it the second time either.

Evil Robot Aug 18th, 2009 10:11 PM

Moron.

The Leader Aug 18th, 2009 10:12 PM

:lol

Zhukov Aug 19th, 2009 10:36 AM

Well if you're worried about your house burning down with your computer, or your fat arse friend sitting on your CDs, why don't you fucking just memorise the music? That way you have it for as long as you live and you can just fucking sing it when you want to listen to it.

stevetothepast Aug 19th, 2009 10:38 AM

:lol

Dimnos Aug 19th, 2009 10:42 AM

Well for anyone who has as beautifully singing voice such as myself this of course the solution to all music related problems. Unfortunately most of the world sings like crap and I dont want to have to hear it.

Hangie Aug 19th, 2009 10:52 AM

I will sing your ass off, Zhukov. Intentionally of course, my singing is not always corrosive.
