Car Combat Returns!
 

I don't know how the fuck I just found out about this, but Vigilante 8 is coming to Xbox Live arcade in the form of vigilante 8 arcade. Apparently, they redesigned everything from the ground up.

I've been aching to play some car combat so this is good news.

i was watching some friends play "crush hour" this morning, which is basically twisted metal but with wrestlers, and it made me want to play twisted metal baaaaaaaadly

The Twisted Metal: Head-On port for the PS2 has a lot of extra shit in it. Also, a new Twisted Metal is coming to the PS3 sometime.

I loved Vigilante 8 for the PS1. Nothing beat being able to put your own music cds in the playstation and blowing shit up while listening to Beastie Boys "Ill Communication".

Fuck duke nukem. I wanna blow up other cars.

Vigilante 8: 2nd offense for the Dreamcast is where is was. A new twisted metal would be nice if it's along the lines of TM:Black

Like I said, the port of Head On has extra levels that weren't included in Black.

No PSP though

I thought it had levels from the aborted Twisted Metal Black 2.

It was aborted? I took Black to be very popular. That's why it was released so many times.

RAGE features plenty of car combat according to early press releases. Wonder what the multiplayer will be like :eek

If you want car combat, pick up GTA IV.

Rogue trip definitely had the best soundtrack with the "Big Daddy" theme song.

twisted metal 2 is available for download in the ps store for ps3. and it's still goddam good.

so anyone bought the whole game i downloaded the demo and i feel is to easy to get turned over but i'm sure as hell getting banjo kazzoie next wednesday
