I completely support your plan as long as two factors are taken into careful consideration:
A) We rally congress to rename the CIA to something different, it doesnt matter what, because people always KNOW if the CIA had something to do with it, its trouble. I suggest we rename it from "CIA" to "The Grand Beverly". More regal sounding too dont you think?
