First of all, do whatever it takes to date this woman! You have great sex with her and you and her a lot in common. If you were going out more then at least you could talk then. So, my second suggestion is, get together with her in public more, like dinner or a walk, or whatever you enjoy. That way at least you'll have an hour or 2 of conversation before the sex aspect kicks in.
