Along with Metroid Fusion, Circle of the Moon, and Aria of Sorrow (I didn't like Harmony of Dissonance all that much)...
Mega Man Zero (if you can handle the difficulty), Wario Land 4, Rock N Roll Racing, Advance Wars 1 or 2, and Worms World Party are all great, and I heard good things about WarioWare Inc.
And if you're into RPG's, Golden Sun is a good one.
