i recently discovered a neato way to make yummy mac and cheese. you boil up some elbow macaroni, then add real cheddar cheese, milk and butter (this is NOT a vegan thread
) and pop it in the microwave for a few minutes. you can use sliced cheese too. i usually make this with leftover pasta that i've kept in the fridge.
sometimes i put broccoli in it.
it's good.
