Cause there was this douche who posted on the old, ezboards name Bad Mr. Frosty who would brag about how he set off fireworks in the Wal Mart he worked at and how that was such a great practical joke and how he had to get his mullet cut cause he was jerking off and got jizz in his hair lol.
As his name was Bad Mr. Frosty, he had the title The Ice King, and immediately after he requested it in the custom title request thread, I jokingly (meaning: in all caps) requested the same title. Then Jixby did it too, cause it was the thing to do.
