Hell is not a proper noun in that case (as much as you may want it to be), therefore capitalization is not necessary.

That is not the proper use of the ellipsis at all. There is far too many periods and there is no omitted text or even a quote. Also, there should be a hyphen between bad and mouth. There is also no such punctuation of "
