I'd like to leave underling positions open to whoever wishes to fill them. There will be good pay, stable employment, harsh beatings, and ample verbal abuse for all employees, who will be in charge of overseeing that funny hats and balloon doggies are manufactured and distributed properly. I will soon begin to appoint hats to all who i feel require them, and doggies for all. :o
