If you are talking about fat americans they probably didn't get fat off meat (especially since it is protein, the very ting that helps burn fat), it is from processed food. And america is full of that artificial crap.
Your sandwich sounds like a heavenly sandwich by the way. Kind of like the one's my dad used to make me. Ohhh man... soo good.
