You don't send me Golden Spurs anymore.
Once upon a time, we loved him.
The Year was 1983.
The Great Communicator, Ronald Regan, sent a young and sprightly Donny Rumsfeld a courtin' to Iraq to give Sadam a cowboy gift fit for king. Golden Spurs.
