Just came back from seeing it. So amazing. Really shows off Tarantino's ability to capture a zeitgeist, like Jackie Brown's blaxploitation atmosphere. Most of the film I was just engrossed, except for when Go-go stuck the weird-teeth guy and made a bad pun about penetrating him. So old Kung Fu movie it made me laugh. I totally agree with glow's mention of Liu's funny eye as well. I don't know if you were kidding but for some reason the imperfections really add to the film. Like Uma's kind of unconventional beauty, Jackson's afro in Pulp Fiction - it's a real talent that Tarantino is able to create these nuanced characters by casting just the right people. Ah, just excellent, totally excellent. Can't wait for part two.
