No it doesnt, Because I know the Publisher yes the PUBLISHER of direct T.V. So I called him up, and Then he told me that it is THE FASTEST T.V provider to hit the market. So I bought it and Im using it for my computer because I linked it via T1. It is the fastest thing in the industry.
