he starts out with the premise that both sides should be seeking to communicate with the other; by the end, he's focusing on the anti-war movement's apparent unwillingness to increase its numbers. not the most cohesive piece ever, but he does raise some interesting points.
nowhere did he say that, though, blanco.
it seems to me this communication breakdown, whether intentional or not, is pretty much the way things work across the board. most people are so insecure in their assessments and beliefs that they're not willing to listen to anyone else's. and when you think you know it all, you can't learn a damn thing.
