It's not so bad. I bought it on DVD and watched it a few times, and it grows on you. It's likeable if you don't expect too much from it, but likeable or not, it isn't that funny.
It's especially ideal for DVD viewing, you can skip to the better scenes in the movie. It's the kind of comedy that needs to be made more often, and it's funnier than almost all comedies you'll see in theaters.
