Bennet you div, dis the term 'lift' by all means, but think on what does 'elevator' mean? to elevate, to lift?
It has had me curious for sometime this thing americans have about our teeth. So I looked it up and it seems to be from before WW1 and before we had a national health service. Hmmm. We eat limes too.
