In the final scene from Four Rooms, Ted the bellhop cut off the pinkie finger of this one guy for 1000 dollars. He cut it off with a Meat Clever that was sharp as the devil himself.

Now you might need a secondary on this so they can get a full swing onto the finger. Go rent the movie, that'll definately inspire you to follow through with it.
