When a game is made for the PC, keyboard and mouse is the ideal for that game. But there are some shooters (*cough*SOCOM*cough*) which feel right at home on a console.
But CS still sucks. All I've ever heard about it was how much it RULZ!!!11 OMG!!1 And the only other thing I've heard is how unbalanced the weapons are and such.
