Subject A was charged with using the internet as an interstate medium for obtaining child porn. He was arrested in D.C. in late 1999 after mailing a plane ticket to an under cover federal agent whom he believed was a 13 year old boy named "Chrissy". He was sentenced to 2 years in jail with possibility for parole after 6 months. As for the baseball bat, it was up his ass at the time of arrest.
