I'm pretty sure that guy was half of their songwriting talent, too. Don't expect Evanescence to be around much longer, unless the chick goes pop star.

And I don't know why their instrumentation makes them a shitty band. I'm a big fan of their first album, especially the instrumental track (forget the name...); I haven't heard any of the more recent song.

Never knew they were good Christians, either. Hm.
