that's simple.
fo' and do' are there, and since DO is a real word, "fo" must read like "foo", since it's only right. foo is commonly a slang term of "fool".
"reel" of course, means reel like in fishing.
so it means fool fishing do
which means "EVERYONE GO FISHING"
