Perhaps that's why they show nothing but infomercials late at night, to try to help people sleep.

This, of course, does not faze anyone that has a VCR, lol.

I usually have insomnia though because I keep odd hours. I'll get MAYBE 2 or 3 hours of sleep a night, work, go home, take a nap (or if I'm REALLY tired, nap during lunch) and then I end up not getting a lot of sleep when it's night time.

I can only thank GOD I don't work 7 days a week. I'd collapse.

And, umm, everyone's parents used to say "Drink warm milk."

Maybe that works. ::shrugs::
