I've been following this story with a great deal of interest and hope.

The cience is pretty good, and it's one of those overlooked, simple areas of research that holds a great deal of promise, mostly because, should we choose to do so, there are short term solutions here, unlike green house chemicals in the upper atmosphere, which ven with cooperation, would take a generation to even begin impacting.
