I can't debunk that this is one of the major factors of global warming. The only thing I can debunk is the myth that global warming is inherently destructive, and the extent that some environmentalists like to talk about the issue.

Quite frankly, there isn't much we can do about this. We need diesel engines, and I am skeptical of the practicality in the Bush administration's decision.
