Film... NOIR.
See, I understand your reasoning, and I agree. But I think you could try out a black and white comic, under the guise of a gimmick (FILM NOIR), and then see what everyone thought of the black and white. Instead of just saying "Due to time constraints, this comic has no color."
LOL I don't know what film noir even means, but I think it has something to do with black and white. Like Max Payne 2, except that was in color.
