1. Why was Zwan bad? They had the best guitar attack of the past 10 years! Pajo, Sweeny, and Corgan; easily the best.
2. Why hate Ryan Adams? Do you dislike country? If you like alt-country check out Whiskeytown's Stranger's Almanac and his Heartbreaker album. Also if you like the Replacements, you might like his new album, Rock n' Roll, which has a Westerbergian feel to it. Adams is the shit though, and I'm pretty tired of people (ie. Pitchforkmedia) the fact he's a self-obsessed bastard instead of his music, which is really good. Not saying that you are criticizing him for that, because I really doubt you would. I really hope you have listened to a lot of his stuff, because, if not, you're missing out on one of the most prolific artists around.
