I didn't forget about Brain Candy. I don't consider it a movie based on a TV series. It's a movie that is done by a comedy troupe who formally had a TV show. Just because one came after the other doesn't mean it's based on it.
You don't go around calling Strangers With Candy an Exit 57 spin-off, do you? Yet, I'm sure that if Strangers With Candy were a movie from the start, people would call it an Exit 57 movie.
But for the record I love Brain Candy more than any of you.
