10) The only time you tried to buy cigarrettes, you involuntarily defecated in your knickers when you tried to say the word 'cigarettes'
11) That experience became integrated in your phallic horror/sex dreams
12) Those ones were ALL wet
13) Smoking hates you
14) I hate you
15) 'Mummy' hates you
16) She'd hate you slightly less if you still smoked, it would mean you die sooner
