I prefer Gamecube's
Hori Controller best, to be honest. The Gamecube's controller is okay but the L and R buttons are way too clunky. The best controller ever is, was, and always will be, Playstation's Dual Shock. It was a bit uncomfortable at first, with the two analog sticks, but you get used to it. You don't even notice them after a while.
