every birthday i'd go to this parlor and have this artist add one monkey (in the barrell) to another until i've connected 12 monkeys around my legs. they represent each and all of 12 organs inside of me, connecting and working together as one. so far i have 5, only 7 years to go and then we'll see what happens...

and the word 'empty' across my forehead sounds pretty cool, too...
