it was called smbutil or something. i found it on one of the links to romhacking.com on this website. it basically lets you manipulate every single aspect of the game. there were a lot of things on it so i cant remember which one exactly.
i do have one new question however: is there a program that lets you change the background music to stuff you downloaded off the computer? if that was possible super satanic freak brothers would sound a lot better with a rob zombie song on it.
