I don't think anything could top the ending to Postal 2. After all the load times, cat shooting, terrorists, load times, anthrax and load times, he just shoots his wife. After all of that! I'm glad I didn't pay for it.
Of course, who would expect a dramatic ending from a game where you can shoot people, and then pee on them?
...But the ending to Pong really brought a tear to my eye. Definately my favorite.
