I'm in Japanese four and I could kind of translate this thing, but it would be more like: In the kingdom of the dead a second ship will sail. The inhabitants of hell ride on this ship. Loki is their helmsman.

Shinderu na hito no ookoku de daini fune o kookai shiararemasu. Jigoku no juunin wa kono fune o noriteimasu. Rooki wa kono juunin no kajitorinin desu.

This is a correct as I can make it, but hopefully this will help someone who has a better idea than I do. If it works I can use paint to write it, but I'm without a scanner so that's not an option. Sorry.
