No, his findings led him to believe that the Bush administration at best mislead the American people, to the point that he has encouraged the President to publicly come clean over it.
Personally, Kay seems pleased with the
outcome of the war, which is certainly a very valid,
liberal stance to hold. Bush on the other hand ran as a conservative, not a nation builder, and I hope his conservative base is smart enough to see that neo-cons like you Mr. Raygun are going to drive their party into the ground.
