Yes Brandon, because it is so far fetched to say that if it is Al Qaeda, then without G.W and Blair attacking Iraq, it wouldn't have happenend.
Al Qaeda have never realy been big in mainland Europe, and I am sure they would have had better things to do than attack Spain.
