The bumper valance costs anywhere from $270 to $400, depends on who you buy it from. If you have somebody paint it but you install it yourself, the whole project would cost about $550 (just a ballpark figure). I would highly recomend you have somebody install it since airbag sensors are integral with the bumper on saturns (
) and it would look like shit if it's not aligned right.
