The shark is way faster and deadly, but the croc has a chance, since shark's skeleton is made of cartilage. The croc, if he gets his hands on him, can twist el sharko till the shark organs burst. The croc only has one or two real shots, if he misses the shark wil shred him, if he gets ahold of them, shark's gone.
