You should eat carbohydrates, work out, take a shower, then nap.
This is the exact routine the Bulgarian weightlifting team used to secure a swag of olympic gold medals during the eighties, except instead of showering, they would go in saunas or somewhere with steam. Close enough though.
You will build huge muscles!
