I have about 300 pages of Fed. Indian Law to read, about 150 for forensic evidence, ~20 of admin law, I have to prepare a cross examination for wed. of a witness, I have to finish my app to the Pub. Def. (which requires me to find out every job I've had for the last 10 years - oi), I have a memorandum about evidentiary hearing standards for habeas corpus death penalty proceedings (which is extremely complex and is taking forever to research), I have to write a cover letter to a business law job I want and I have to study for the Bar during my spare time.
Whenever the Supreme Court comes down with their Miranda decision about physical fruits I will have to be summarizing that as well. But the Sup. Ct. writes opinions as fast as glue.
