Chimp, "time in memoriam" is just a more popular butchering of the phrase. "In memoriam" means "in memory [of something]" and is frequently used incorrectly in place of "immemorial." Only it sounds smart, so even some educated people use it blithely. Sort of like all those dipshits who say "irregardless" and "I could care less."
"And memoriam" and "and memorial" are just fucking dumb, though.
