It turns out Condi Rice was scheduled to give a speech on Sept 11'th. It stated the Missile deffense was the nations primary security concern, it's cornerstone, and mentioned terrorism only in passing and only in the context of state sponsorship of terrorism.
Do you think she'll get any questions about how high a priority she's been saying terrorism was lately?
